Andy Henderson married Kristen Christopher in 1993.  Since 1995, they have lived in Mar Vista (Los Angeles), California; and they enjoy a second home in Lamy, NM  (south of Santa Fe).  Their son, Christopher Henderson-Cooper, graduated from Wildwood School (Los Angeles), and in 2018 from Syracuse University with highest honors as a Falk College Scholar.  Chris resides in the West Village of Manhattan, and is furthering his career in sport management.  He is married to his high school sweetheart, Talya Henderson-Cooper .

Henderson's hobbies and interests include guitar, music, travel, oil painting, architecture, art, Santa Fe, basketball, researching, translating ancient texts, public policy, and enjoying family and friends.
